Position: Expert Evaluator
Type: Part-time
Compensation: $40–$60/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 20–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate agent-generated research reports for accuracy, relevance, data integrity, and clarity.
- Assess insights related to product assortment, pricing comparisons, and promotional strategies.
- Verify inventory metrics, sales analytics, and customer behaviour data using publicly available sources.
- Identify inconsistencies in operational reporting, marketplace performance analysis, and sales forecasting.
- Work independently to complete evaluations within deadlines.
- Maintain consistency and precision across all assigned tasks.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 2–3 years of professional experience in E-Commerce, Online Retail, Sales Operations, Marketing Analytics, or Operations Management.
- Experience with product catalogues, pricing strategies, or competitive pricing analysis.
- Hands-on exposure to inventory management systems and supply chain coordination.
- Experience in analysing customer behaviour data, conversion metrics, and sales performance.
- Strong understanding of online marketplace dynamics and performance optimisation.
- Experience sourcing and validating tables, statistics, and industry benchmarks from credible public sources.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Comfort working independently and asynchronously.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations Management, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, Data Analytics, or a related field.
